Mandalas to ENJOY

Mandalas to ENJOY, i.e. Ewa Nowacka-Piechowiak's painting series consisting of unconventional mandalas painted on canvas, is an inexhaustible source of joy and inspiration, not only for the author.

• "Creative energy is inexhaustible. The more you create, the more creative you become."

Based on the author's philosophy, mandalas do not fit into traditional patterns and are not assessed according to genre standards. They are a product of artistic imagination. and their visual effect is always a surprise.

Each is painted with a specific intention during a free act of creation fueled by intuition, and their common denominator is the motto: THE BEST IS YET TO COME.

According to the author, mandalas made of symbols extracted from the subconscious have similar power to talismans - they attract all abundance on the spiritual and physical level.

• The colors of mandalas-to-enjoy are a feast for the eyes.

Their appearance is difficult to capture in a photo. The photo cannot fully reflect the natural colors and visual depth of the mandala. Metallic paints shimmer on the canvas with thousands of shades, and their intensity depends on the light intensity and viewing angle. It's best to watch them live.

M A N D A L A S / THE BEST IS YET TO COME

The idea of M A N D A L A S was born at the end of 2015, although its origins date back to the mid-1990s, and since then the project has been constantly developing.

In 2017, original "mandalas-to-enjoy" appeared in other spaces. The author transferred them from canvas to utility objects. The Jewelery to ENJOY collection of artistic jewelry was created, consisting of 13 sets with various mandalas.

• Rings, earrings and necklaces with talismans framed in silver and gold were shown at prestigious individual and collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad, including: during an individual exhibition at the YES Gallery in Poznań, Poland and at the prestigious Artistar Jewels exhibition during Milano Jewelry Week in Milan, Italy.

Then silk scarves, skirts and handbags with mandalas appeared, based on the idea of "art-to-wear".

• The first step in this direction was the creation of a silk scarf with a Feminity mandala. It was presented as an addition to the painter's outfit during the opening of her first solo exhibition M A N D A L A S.

• "Creating a mandala is more than an artistic project. It is both an art and a spiritual practice."

Mandala art is a universal language that transcends cultural boundaries. Regardless of the chosen means of expression and the environment in which we grew up, creating mandalas using symbols is a great way to express our innermost thoughts and emotions.

It is also one of the most effective ways to find peace in the chaos of life. Geometric forms and repeating patterns have a soothing effect on the mind, restoring harmony between the spirit and body.

It is not only a celebration of creativity, but above all mindfulness. Meditation and concentration enable us to connect with the divine element within us.

The original series have never been officially put up for sale. My intention is to publicly share their message during multi-sensual exhibitions. I love being a host and serve to my guests a sensual feast for the soul.
